
Production Coordinator

Role Overview
The Production Coordinator will oversee the seamless execution of fabrication and installation projects from start to finish. You will work directly with the Production Manager, Sales, Fabrication Team, and Installers to ensure that each project runs efficiently from planning to completion. By managing schedules, task breakdowns, material orders, and quality control, this role is crucial for ensuring projects stay on track and meet both internal and client expectations.

Position Type: Full time, in person, 40+ hours week
Salary: $60,000+ Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Project Review: Attend review meetings, interpret elevations and technical drawings, break down project into tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Scheduling: Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and deadlines. Utilize project management software to capture and organize information.

Procurement: Plan and order materials, consumables, and tools for projects, ensuring everything is available when needed to meet production timelines.

Production & Quality Control: Oversee quality control, supporting installation and fabrication teams to ensure work meets company standards. On occasion, assist with production tasks as needed.

Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project.
Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in scheduling, project management, or production coordination within signage, millwork, or custom fabrication industries.

Ability to assist with production and install as needed.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
