Design Output and Project Coordinator

We build incredible visual projects that help to transform spaces from the mundane to the amazing. As a custom fabrication service provider, our work ranges from millwork & signage, to decor, art, or whatever else our clients can dream up. With no two projects the same, our highly skilled team is required to focus on collaboration, artisanship, creativity, and character in order to get the job done and ensure the highest level of customer service.

We need someone to:

Review and pre-flight clients’ digital files and prepare them for output

Operate large-format digital printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators

Coordinate projects with our design, production, and install team, while liaising with clients

Assist production team with preparation of materials

Provide occasional graphic and production design for clients and internal assignments

You need:

A high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop an asset)

Production and graphic design experience

An eye for detail and a solutions based attitude

Some knowledge of pre-flight, print output, and colour theory

Experience coordinating projects or groups

A self-starter attitude with a great team collaboration mindset

To be personable and well-spoken when interacting with clients and suppliers

An ability to manage deadlines with multiple projects while staying organized

Bonus if you have:

An understanding of, or experience in, drafting, wayfinding design, experiential design, and/or fabrication
Sign making or graphic installation experience
Personal transportation to travel to local site meetings on occasion
