Position Type: Full time, 40+ hours week
​
Role:
-
Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, material acquisition, tracking, budgeting, and general administrative tasks
-
Support stakeholders to complete projects on budget and on time
-
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved
-
Assist with new project surveys, estimating, and closing sales
-
Collaborative brainstorming and planning to build solutions for clients

Experience with scheduling, spreadsheet, and email software

A class 5 Driver's License and own transportation

Nice to have:

Adobe Creative Suite experience

Enthusiasm for graphic or interior design

Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

Customer service or sales experience

Knowledge of signage, fabrication, or construction industry
