Position Type: Full time, 40+ hours week


  • Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, material acquisition, tracking, budgeting, and general administrative tasks

  • Support stakeholders to complete projects on budget and on time

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved

  • Assist with new project surveys, estimating, and closing sales

  • Collaborative brainstorming and planning to build solutions for clients

You have:

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • A team player mentality

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • The desire to build strong relationships with clients and team members

  • A solutions-based attitude with great problem-solving skills

  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organization skills and are able to collaborate, prioritize and time manage

  • Experience with scheduling, spreadsheet, and email software

  • A class 5 Driver's License and own transportation

Nice to have:

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience

  • Enthusiasm for graphic or interior design

  • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

  • Customer service or sales experience

  • Knowledge of signage, fabrication, or construction industry
